This module describes various planning activities in detail, to be undertaken, to establish, operate and sustain all activities related to a telecentre. The module would reiterate importance of planning in each and every activity of a telecentre. It would identify different planning elements, activities related to those planning elements, time-chart for each element and the desired deliverables against each planning element. The principal sub-modules are related (i) business plans for establishment of telecentres; (ii) operational plan related to operation; and (iii) sustenance plan related to functional, operational and financial sustenance of telecentre.
